Church Project Manager

As a Project Manager within the Creative Team, we add our strength to execute each department’s creative needs to serve the overall vision of Jesus Culture.

You will contribute to the success of our movement campaigns, events, conferences, communication, and manage all incoming projects by bringing your full self and strength to our team. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with exemplary organization, communication, and critical thinking skills.

This team member reports directly to the Creative Team Lead and Global Creative Director and will interact closely with all department leads.

What You'll Do

Lead the development, creation, and delivery process, ensuring that timelines are met within all movement projects

Bring creative ideas and solutions on accomplishing the vision for any movement projects

Continually communicate all aspects of any given project both internally as well as across departments, to partners, and vendors to ensure maximum efficiency and success

Track and monitor the progress of event-related projects and summarize status reports for team leads on a regular basis

Work alongside the Creative Team Lead to secure locations for photoshoots, videos, etc.

Hire outside vendors for specific projects and work with outside contractors for various projects

Manage ideation, creation, and the timeline for any video and design assets needs for Events, Podcasts, and promotional material

Manage designers task load; strategically prioritizing graphic creation, scheduling, and creation of assets needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure their deliverables are ready in time to meet your teams' project schedules

2+ years of project management or similar experience

Ability to give and receive feedback from team members
