WHO IS THIS CONFERENCE FOR?

If you are in the trenches of building the local church, this conference is for you. If you are a pastor, church staff member, or church volunteer looking to be equipped and encouraged, come join us in May.

I REGISTERED ONLINE, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

First of all, thanks for registering! You will receive an email confirmation. This is your entry to the conference, please bring it with you to the event. You will be given a conference badge in exchange for registration. If you need any further assistance or have questions feel free to email conferences@jesusculture.com.

WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE LOCATED?

HOW DO I GET THERE?

By bus: Saint Paul’s is a 4 minute walk from Hammersmith bus station. The following buses serve the bus station or pass near by:

By tube: Hammersmith tube stations are a 4-6 minute walk away and are served by the District, Piccadilly, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is a small amount of parking at the rear car park of the church, and unlimited paid parking under the flyover adjacent to the church. There is also plenty of parking on local streets, much of which is free on a Sunday. Download map here.

DOES REGISTRATION COVER THE WHOLE CONFERENCE?

Yes, registration covers all sessions of the conference.

SOMETHING CAME UP, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Jesus Culture event registration is non-refundable upon purchase but fully transferable. You are more than welcome to gift your registration. If a medical emergency arises we will review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Should a refund be given, it shall be in the amount of 80% of the original registration cost. No refunds will be given 14 days prior to the event.

CAN I REGISTER FOR JUST ONE NIGHT?

We do not offer registration for individual sessions.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR GROUPS?

Yes, group pricing will vary depending on the time of purchase. Please refer to the main page for current pricing.

I PURCHASED MULTIPLE TICKETS, CAN WE RESERVE SEATS TOGETHER?

Seating is not assigned. It is on a first come first serve basis for all attendees, including groups.

IS CHILDCARE PROVIDED?

Childcare is not available.

IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

We welcome anyone with accessibility requirements and will endeavour to accommodate any needs you may have. Please get in touch prior to your visit so we can make sure the necessary arrangements are made.

IS THERE A HEARING LOOP?

Yes, there is a hearing loop available in a limited area of our auditorium. Please do contact us before the event if you require this, so we can reserve a space for you.

ARE MEALS INCLUDED WITH MY REGISTRATION?

No, meals are not included in conference registration.

I AM FLYING IN FOR THE CONFERENCE, WHAT IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?

Heathrow Airport (LHR) is the closest and most convenient airport.

ARE THERE ANY RECOMMENDED HOTELS FOR THE CONFERENCE?

There are several hotels that are less than 10-15 minute walk from St Paul’s Hammersmith:

ARE WE ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO AT THE EVENT?

We do not allow professional cameras (DSLR or cameras with detachable lenses) or flash photography. Cell phone photos and videos are OK!
