Men were designed to protect. This group is for men who want to practice self defense and build community. Some of the best comradery is built while training mixed martial arts with a group of likeminded men; growing together physically and spiritually. Ranging from beginners to experienced, everyone is encouraged to come. We will go over fundamental techniques for kickboxing, wrestling and jiu jitsu weekly. All of which can be used in real life scenarios of hand to hand self defense. HolySpirit, handwraps and a whole lot of sweat! Starts September 23!
