For pastors and those who are leading in the local church + their teams and have a desire to effectively lead but not lose a heart cry for an awakening in the earth like the great revivalists of the past. This event is for you if you don’t want to compromise your effectiveness for a passion for God’s presence but you don’t want to lose the priority of His presence for world-class leadership. Is this even possible ? At Pastors Conference, we believe it is. We believe the work that you are doing is key for revival because the local church is the vehicle through which revival comes.

Many of us feel ill-equipped to provide the theological, prophetic, and cultural clarity to lead people in this cultural moment. Come learn from other pastors and leaders to get vision, wisdom and practical tools to lead more effectively.

Healthy, Spirit-filled connection is vital for the leadership journey. Together let’s wage war on isolation and disconnection, fighting for deep and lasting friendships. Alongside her husband, Henry, she co-leads and pastors The Belonging Co, a thriving church in Nashville, Tennessee, and has two beautiful children, Holly and Taylor.

Rachel is the Senior Pastor of Gas Street Church in Birmingham, alongside her husband Tim. She is a passionate preacher and loves communicating the liberating power of God’s truth. Rachel has recently pioneered a national ministry (alongside her sister) called ‘The Orchard’ to encourage and em-power women. She is also a keen advocate for fostering and adoption. Rachel has a background in television & media and worked for the BBC in London before joining the staff at Holy Trinity Brompton(HTB) where she lead the Creativity & Arts Department. Rachel & Tim have five wonderful children Phoebe, Simeon, Lois, Judah & Summer.
