The Graphic Designer will execute well thought-out creative concepts and designs on all projects that come through the Jesus Culture Creative Team. This position has key influence of the creative expression and helps maintain the Jesus Culture brand for all projects assigned.
You will contribute to the success of all our campaigns, church projects, events, conferences, label, and communication by bringing your full self and strength to our team.
The Graphic Designer position at Jesus Culture reports directly to the Creative Team Lead with oversight from the Design Lead.
•Provides direction and recommendation for any creative projects assigned
•Reviews and sets the creative tone for all design projects
•Captures the key message and needs of projects and translate that message into an identity and creative concept that is fresh and compelling
•Designs materials for mediums including:
•Helps maintain the Jesus Culture brand and ensure that all projects assigned meet the brand standards and value of excellence for this organization
•Delivers finalized designs on time
•3-5 years experience
•Proficient in Adobe creative suite programs including but not limited to:
•Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills
•High attention to detail
•Self-starter
•Collaborates well with team members
