We are seeking a skilled and innovative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the balance between creativity and performance, and brings both visual design experience and digital marketing expertise to the table. You will be responsible for managing content across multiple platforms, running paid advertising, monitoring performance, and creating compelling social campaigns that move our mission forward.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
The Social Media Manager reports directly to the Creative Team Lead and interacts closely with Department Directors.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Have 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
•Possess a strong understanding of current social trends and digital strategy
•Are proficient in graphic design and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
•Have experience running and optimizing paid social media advertising
•Are comfortable owning multi-platform content strategies from ideation through execution
•Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
•Have strong written and verbal communication skills
