I REGISTERED ONLINE, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

Thanks for registering! We know that free events are tempting to register for and not attend. Please be advised that seating is not reserved, and is first come first serve. In the event that our main sanctuary fills to capacity, we will have an overflow area prepared.

If you register and then are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to contact conferences@jesusculture.com to relinquish your tickets and allow others to attend.

WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE LOCATED?

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR ATTENDEES?

No, there is not an age limit for the event. We are inviting people of all ages to gather with us.

IS CHILDCARE PROVIDED?

Childcare is not available, however infants and nursing babies are welcome. We will have a nursing moms’ room available.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER CHILDREN?

Yes, children over 2 years old must be registered. Infants under 2 years old do not need to register but must sit on a parent’s lap. There is no childcare or kids ministry onsite - children will be asked to remain with parents and families are asked to do their best to not interrupt services.

CAN I RESERVE SEATS FOR ME AND/OR MY GROUP?

Seating is not assigned. It is on a first come first serve basis for all attendees, including groups.

I AM FLYING IN FOR THE CONFERENCE, WHAT IS THE NEAREST AIRPORT?

Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is the nearest and most convenient airport.

WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE?

Main sanctuary doors will open at 5:30 PM on Friday, September 13. Seating is first come, first serve.

WHAT'S THE PARKING SITUATION AT THIS LOCATION?

Parking is free in our parking lot.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO AT THE EVENT?

We do not allow professional cameras (DSLR or cameras with detachable lenses) or flash photography. Cell phone photos and videos are OK!

IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?

Yes, the venue is disabled accessible. Early entry will be
offered to disabled attendees.
