To the extent permitted by law, the English version of this notice and the Privacy Policy is binding and any translations into other languages are for convenience only. Personal information we collect

When you visit or use our Service, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on and/or permitted by your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information abouthow you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.” Where we need to collect Personal Information by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We also collect data when you otherwise interact with us directly, including where you subscribe to our service or publications, request marketing to be sent to you or give us feedback or contact us (“Contact Information”). When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and Contact Information. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data). Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, we may collect, use, and share anonymous data without your knowledge or consent.

We do not routinely collect any “special categories” of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. All of the foregoing is known as “Special Information.” However, there may be instances in which we request such Special Information from you in order to formulate, market, promote or sell products and services targeting all or part of the Special Information. How We Use Your Personal Information?

We will only use your Personal Information when such use is consistent with our Privacy Policy, and applicable law otherwise allows our use.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including setting you up as a customer, processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations. Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information oradvertising relating to our products or services.

Where you are a customer or user outside of the US, please note that our use of your Personal Information will involve transferring your data internationally. Data security

We have put in place reasonable security measures to prevent your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your Personal Information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Data retention
